Glass Tile Craft Shop Policies
All items are ship no later than the next business day after the order.
All items are shipped using USPS.
Shipping adheres to the USPS holidays.
USPS – First Class Mail (2-5 days) Packages from 1 to 13 ounces.
USPS – Priority Mail (1-3 days) Package over 13 ounces.
Customers will be sent the USPS tracking number.
All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap to avoid damage during shipping.
However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Cost Overage Policy:
If we notice that you have been over charged for shipping, we will make a partial shipping cost refund to your PayPal account.
If you think the shipping cost is too high, please send us a note and we will see if we can reduce the shipping cost.
Lost Package Policy:
USPS Lost or Missing Packages.
After we ship the package and provide the customer with a USPS tracking number, Glass Tile Craft Shop is not responsible for USPS losing the package, not scanning of the package or mail thief. If you need the package insured for lost or thief, please let us know before you make the purchase so we can add the insurance to the bill. Insurance cost $2.00 per $100.00 value. All missing packages will be reported to U.S. Postal Inspection Service as mail theft.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Glass Tile Craft Shop. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. A 10% restocking charge may occur.
